Have you noticed the recent spate of articles about “greedy geezers” hoarding wealth and power at the expense of the young? Born 50 years apart, my GoGenerate colleague Arielle Galinsky and I see things very differently. We’re allies, not competitors. Yes, there’s a legitimate “us vs. them” dynamic narrative in play, but it’s not old against young. It’s the rich and powerful vs. the rest of us.
