It doesn’t clarify or illuminate. Like “too fat” or “too gay”, “too old” is just a slur.

I think a better way of putting it is that ‘Biden is having too many problems articulating his thoughts to be as effective as President of the United States as he once was.’ BTW, I am a Democrat..
